Top Communication Apps on Android in Denmark, Q4 2024

In the fourth quarter of 2024, Denmark's top five communication apps on Android experienced varied performance trends. Here's a closer look at each app based on data from Sensor Tower.

Snapchat by Snap Inc. showed a fluctuating revenue pattern, starting with $4.9K and ending the quarter with a similar figure. Weekly downloads remained relatively steady, peaking at 2.6K in late December. Active users exhibited an upturn, reaching a high of 228.8K mid-December.

Discord - Talk, Play, Hang Out from Discord Inc. saw a revenue drop early in the quarter but rebounded to $3.3K by year-end. Downloads had a modest increase towards December, culminating in 1.8K. Active users remained stable, with a slight dip to 64.5K at year's end.

Telegram, by Telegram FZ-LLC, experienced a consistent revenue increase, reaching nearly $2K by December. Downloads showed a similar upward trend, peaking at 2.7K in the final week. However, active users declined from 124.6K to 111.2K by the end of the quarter.

Azar: Video Chat, Meet Friends from Hyperconnect LLC had an interesting quarter, with revenue peaking at $904 in mid-December before dropping sharply. Downloads remained low but saw a slight uptick to 171 by the end. Active users fluctuated, closing the quarter at 625.

Skype showed a decline in revenue, starting at $291 and ending with $76. Downloads, however, increased towards the end of the quarter, peaking at 398. Active users showed a minor decline from 9.2K to 8.5K.
